Returns & Refunds

All Ficus products are made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of receiving it at contact@ficusstore.co.uk with a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

Lost in transit If your order hasn't arrived, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Non-returnable items We cannot accept returns on personalised or custom products, gift cards, or sale items.

Wrong address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot take responsibility for orders sent to an incorrectly provided address.

European Union - Right of Withdrawal Under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to a consumer's specifications or clearly personalised items. As all Ficus products are made to order, this right does not apply.

Made to Order - EU Customers This product is made to your specifications. Under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised or made-to-order goods. This does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty or misdescribed items.
