Where is my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original condition. Email us at contact@ficusstore.co.uk and we'll arrange everything for you.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Not yet — but it's something we're working on. Every order is already packaged with care.
Can I change or cancel my order?
